Duties: As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be:

- Overseeing the team and ensuring adherence with daily targets
- Ensuring the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
- Leading by example and providing a safe working environment
- General garden and lawn maintenance including hedging, weeding and pruning
- Liaising and planning details of machinery, equipment,



and resources to carry out various works
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients and the public
- Completing daily and weekly paperwork and reporting

About You:

- Certificate III Horticulture or Parks and Gardens
- First Aid
- Current Drivers Licence
- OHS Construction Card (White Card) or willing to obtain.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience overseeing a team in a similar industry
