/nWe’re seeking a confident and detail-focused Tele Sales Assistant to join a busy team in a desk-based customer service / telesales role. This is a permanent, full time opportunity based on-site at our client’s Wingfield office./n

/n

/nKey responsibilities/n /n

- Take customer orders via phone/email and process accurately

/n

- Provide prompt, professional customer service and follow-up

/n

- Data entry and maintenance of customer/order records

/n

- Confirm order details, resolve queries, and ensure accuracy end-to-end

/n

- Support the team with general administration as required

/n What you’ll bring/n /n

- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service (phone-based and/or order processing preferred)

/n

- Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy

/n





- Good computer literacy (confident with data entry, emails, and internal systems)

/n

- Clear communication skills and a friendly phone manner

/n

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (this role is not open to visa holders)
