About the Candidate n
We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Personal Care Assistants for an immediate start in casual positions. If you have a caring and friendly nature,
excellent communication skills and love to challenge yourself, we'd love to hear from you!, Minimum certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
n
Proven experience in personal care assistance or a related field is desirable.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
n
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
n
National Police Clearance or NDIS card (or ability to obtain one).
n
Lions Haven operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so Candidates may be required to work a combination of morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts. Immediate start available for the right applicants., Competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.
