About the Role n

A Melbourne commercial builder has multiple Site Manager openings, including a $40M heritage cultural project and an education build with 12 months to run. You’ll report to the Construction Manager and run the site day to day.

Key Responsibilities nn
- Manage site operations, program and subcontractors
n
- Deliver heritage and recent-build works to quality, time and budget
n
- Lead safety and quality to ISO-certified systems
n
- Coordinate architects,



heritage consultants and the client team
n
- Manage Site Engineers, Foremen and Supervisors
n

Skills & Experience nn
- Site Manager on commercial projects of $30M or more
n
- Refurbishment, heritage or adaptive reuse experience
n
- Education, sport and leisure or cultural projects preferred
n
- Aconex and Hammertech preferred
n
- Current Construction Induction Card and First Aid
n
