Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, following established recipes and quality standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, counters, and dining areas.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.

- Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies,



and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or special promotions as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
n
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
n
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an asset.
