We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to do more than fill vacancies. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys finding great people, building talent pipelines and partnering with leaders to make better hiring decisions.

n

You will work closely with our Domain Leads and Founders to recruit exceptional technology professionals across our growing business, with a particular focus on the Microsoft ecosystem, Data & AI, Cloud and consulting.

What you will do n

n
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover
n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define role briefs and agree effective recruitment strategies
n
- Proactively source, engage and build relationships with passive technology candidates
n
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across current and future hiring needs
n
- Recruit across technical domains including Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, Dynamics 365, Data & AI and Cloud
n
- Conduct structured interviews and capability assessments while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
n

What you’ll bring nn
- Strong experience recruiting technical, IT or technology roles
n
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates
n
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
n
- Ability to manage multiple searches across different technical domains
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and advise hiring managers
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n




- Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working at pace
n
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes, ATS discipline and candidate experience
n

- Experience recruiting within the Microsoft ecosystem or technology consulting

- Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, Dynamics 365, Data & AI or Cloud
n
- Experience recruiting senior or specialist technology consultants
n
- Experience contributing to Employer Brand, EVP or recruitment marketing
n
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics/reporting
n
- Play a key role in building the team behind a growing Microsoft-focused technology consultancy
n
- Work directly with founders, hiring managers and technical leaders
n
- Have genuine ownership of the recruitment function and the opportunity to influence how we grow
n
- Build relationships across some of Australia's most in-demand technology talent markets
