The prospect n

We're looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Practice Manager to take full ownership of a clinic's operational, financial and people performance.

You'll start at our Castle Hill clinic then move into another of our Sydney clinics based on where your leadership will have the greatest impact. This role suits a leader who enjoys variety, adapts quickly to new teams, and wants exposure across a multi-site business. That kind of experience builds a career faster than staying in one location.

What you'll do n

Own clinic performance: revenue, profitability, utilisation, average visit value, conversion and retention

Lead, coach and develop a team of clinicians and client care staff, with regular one-on-ones and clear KPI expectations

n

Deliver a consistent, premium patient journey, making sure every patient leaves with a clear next step





n

Embed our treatment planning and consultation standards, partnering with our Education Development Manager

n

Drive operational excellence: rostering, diary optimisation, stock control, SOP compliance and accurate use of DappleOS

n

Run daily huddles, submit weekly performance reports to Head of Performance and contribute to monthly Practice Manager meetings

About you n

3+ years' experience managing a clinic, salon, retail or hospitality business with full P&L; accountability

n

A strong leader who creates accountability and leads by example

n

Data-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to turn KPIs into action

n

High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for patient experience

n

Professional, resilient and adaptable. You're energised by new teams and new challenges.

n

Willing and able to work across any of our Sydney clinics as business needs change
