We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Services Manager who takes pride in their work

About the Role n

Working closely with clients across a broad range of industries, you will play a key role in delivering high quality accounting, taxation, and advisory services while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
n
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS
n
- Managing client bookkeeping requirements
n
- Providing taxation advice and business growth strategies
n
- Financial modelling, forecasting, and budget preparation
n
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior accountants
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- General accounting and taxation support as required
n

About You n





To be successful in this role we require a proactive and personable accounting professional who enjoys both technical work and client interaction. Previous experience in a public practice accounting firm is essential.

Skills & Experience n

n
- Minimum 4 years’ experience within a public practice accounting firm
n
- Strong knowledge of:
n
- Capital Gains Tax (CGT)
n
- GST
n
- Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT)
n
- Corporations Law
n
- Experience across a variety of accounting software packages
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Robust organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Positive attitude and professional approach
n
