Job Description

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) is seeking an Improvement Officer for Homes Victoria in the Performance Improvement Team. You will drive continuous improvement across processes, systems and ways of working to deliver practical enhancements.

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen or hold a valid work permit. You will manage the team mailbox, investigate utility anomalies and coordinate resolution with stakeholders to achieve timely outcomes.
