Full-Time Positions

IN-N-Out Drive Thru is seeking two qualified and experienced Full-Time Cooks (ANZSCO 351411) to join our kitchen team in Mildura, Victoria.

- Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation
- Location: Mildura VIC 3500
- Employment Type: Full-Time (2 positions)

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect ingredients and food supplies to ensure freshness and quality.
- Prepare, season and cook dishes according to recipes and menu requirements.
- Wash, cut, portion and prepare ingredients for cooking.
- Operate and regulate commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills and fryers.
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, flavour and presentation to maintain food quality.
- Portion, plate and garnish meals according to established standards.
- Prepare meals to meet special dietary requirements and follow allergen-handling procedures.




- Store food safely and maintain appropriate refrigeration and storage temperatures.
- Monitor stock levels, estimate ingredient requirements and minimise food wastage.
- Assist with menu preparation and ingredient selection.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.

Skills and Qualifications

- AQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Relevant experience or on-the-job training
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
