Silverchain Group in Queensland is seeking a Care Worker to support older adults at home, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing with a range of home help and personal care services.

You will perform housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, getting clients out of bed, assisting with medications, mobility, and transport to activities, while building trusting relationships with clients and families.
