Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Support Engineer to provide technical support and assistance to our clients in all industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
n
- Install and configure software and hardware
n
- Maintain and update computer systems and networks
n
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
n
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
n
- Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides

- Provide training and support to end-users
n

Qualifications:

n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
n
- 3+ years of experience in IT support
n
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
n
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
