Job Description

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is an AI-first automation expert, with deep Marketo experience. You will architect our marketing engine and drive the transition from manual campaigns to AI-assisted automation across the funnel.

You will manage Marketo and ensure Salesforce integration, investigate funnel leakage, optimize campaigns, align marketing with sales, and reduce technical debt while building a scalable Marketecture.
