Job Description

Intereach is seeking an experienced Compliance, Safety and Risk Manager to lead risk, compliance, safety, governance and assurance across the organisation. You will influence practices and drive high-quality, safe services across NSW and Victoria.

You will develop and oversee risk frameworks, reporting to Executive and the Board, and drive continuous improvement while coaching a growing team in a hybrid work setting.
