What Will You Be Doing?

n

As an NDIS Youth Consultant , your days will be varied, hands‑on, and rewarding.

n

You’ll support participants by:

n

n
- Delivering group and one‑on‑one training focused on employment, independence,



and social skills
n
- Designing and running creative, engaging workshops tailored to different learning styles
n
- Providing end‑to‑end support , including internal training, workplace, and community‑based support
n
- Working alongside NDIS Youth Workplace Consultants to help participants progress toward their goals
n
- Building relationships with employers and community partners to support work experience and employment opportunities
n

n

What You’ll Need

You’ll be a strong problem‑solver who cares deeply about outcomes. Emotional challenges come with this work, but so does an enormous sense of reward and purpose.

If you’ve supported others before — through work or lived experience — and enjoy working towards goals and KPIs, you’ll fit right in.

- Working With Children Check

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

All checks must be kept up to date. You’ll also need to provide proof of your right to work in Australia.
