The Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to join our Community Wound Care and Continence Care Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share across your territory, with a strong focus on expanding our presence within the Continence and Community Wound Care markets. Working closely with community nurses, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders, you will build meaningful partnerships, deliver clinical education, and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through Coloplast’s innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth across the Community Wound Care and Continence Care portfolios by developing and executing an effective territory plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community nursing providers, clinicians, key opinion leaders, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts and market share.
- Deliver product education, clinical in-services, and customer events to support adoption of Coloplast solutions.




- Execute territory call plans, customer engagement activities, and sales initiatives using CRM and sales excellence tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives and provide valuable market insights.

To be successful

- Experience in medical device, healthcare, wound care, continence car, or clinical sales environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage customers.
- Commercially minded with the ability to combine clinical knowledge and customer insights to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent territory planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills and experience utilising CRM systems.
- Highly motivated, resilient, customer-focused, and aligned with Coloplast’s Mission, Vision. And Values
