We are now seeking to appoint a energetic individual into the position of Territory Manager (Western Australia).

About you A strategic mindset, self-motivated with drive to succeed, seeking that next challenge or step in your career, you will own the territory and champion growth in lubrication equipment sales through our network of national and independent distributors. Reporting directly into the National Sales Manager.

Role Description The Territory Manager Western Australia is a full-time, hybrid role based in Perth, WA, with a mix of field work and work from the WA office. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within the Western Australia territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, end users, and key industry stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include visiting customers, identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations and training, and providing technical and sales support.





The Territory

Manager will prepare sales forecasts and business plans, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report on territory performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, effective lead follow-up, and alignment with Macnaught’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and lead generation skills, with experience identifying opportunities and closing deals in B2B or industrial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products, negotiate, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in business planning, territory management, and sales reporting to achieve or exceed targets.
- Customer service mindset, with skills in resolving issues, providing technical support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Previous experience in industrial, lubrication, fluid transfer, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Competence using CRM systems and standard office software for planning, reporting, and communication.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Western Australia.
- Relevant qualification in business, sales, engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage.
