Our client is a growing agricultural technology business providing practical technology solutions to improve irrigation management and water use across Australian agriculture. /n We’re looking for a Territory Manager to develop new business across the southern Murray–Darling Basin, while building strong relationships with growers and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Develop & implement a territory sales plan

/n

- Build & manage a qualified sales pipeline

/n

- Meet with growers, farm managers, agronomists & agribusinesses

/n

- Grow existing customer base & current business opportunities

/n

- Build relationships with industry partners & referral networks

/n

- Represent the business at field days, conferences & industry events

/n

- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts & sales activity

/n

- Work closely with technical, marketing & customer success teams

/n

- Lead & support team members within the territory

/n /n About You

/n You’ll have experience in sales, business development, territory management or account management, along with a strong understanding of irrigated agriculture or horticulture.

/n You’ll also bring: /n /n

- Experience developing new business & managing a sales pipeline

/n

- Strong relationship-building & communication skills

/n

- Experience with agricultural technology,



software or technical products

/n

- Commercial confidence & strong follow-up skills

/n

- Good CRM discipline & organisational skills

/n

- Experience managing or supervising staff

/n

- Willingness to travel regularly

/n

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence

/n /n Existing Murray–Darling Basin industry relationships will be highly regarded The Package /n /n

- $140k - $160k base + super (experience dependent)
