IP Recruitment are currently looking for a Trainee Pallet Racking Installer to work with one of our clients located in Welshpool. This position will suit an experienced trade assistant with ideally racking experience and offers an immediate start, a minimum 38 hour week and comes with outstanding long term opportunities. You will be required to carry out various tasks including but not limited to;
- Pallet racking installation (new and repairs)

- Use of hand tools (drills, spanners, sockets)

- Forklift, EWP operation

- General house keeping

The successful applicant will need to meet the below criteria:
- Full Australian working rights

- Hold current forklift, EWP and working at heights





- Be mechanically minded and competent with power/hand tools

- Be physically fit and able to work overtime as required

- Be available for FIFO work (as required)

- Capable of passing pre-employment medical and drug test

- Have a drivers licence and own reliable transport

Whilst some specific industry training is completed on site this role is best suited to applicants that have a previous mechanical background and preference will be given to candidates that meet all of the above.
