Are you a natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and being rewarded for results? Wholesale Roller Shutters (WRS) is a growing Western Australian roller shutter manufacturer, supplying quality Australian-made roller shutters to trade customers throughout Perth and surrounding regions.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Trade Sales Representative to help us expand our wholesale customer network.

This is not your typical 9-to-5 sales job.

We're offering a flexible, part-time opportunity where you can manage your own schedule, work independently and earn commission on the business you bring in.

And as WRS grows, there's genuine potential for the position to develop into a full-time role.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be generating new business and building long-term trade relationships.

- Identify and approach potential wholesale customers, including roller shutter installers, security companies, blind and awning retailers and other trade businesses.
- Make outbound calls, introduce WRS and generate new business opportunities.
- Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Convert prospects into active wholesale customers.
- Follow up existing opportunities and encourage repeat orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using our CRM.
- Work alongside our manufacturing team to help grow the business.

You'll have the freedom to manage your time between phone-based prospecting, working remotely and visiting prospective customers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with the confidence to pick up the phone,



introduce themselves to a business owner and turn a conversation into a commercial relationship. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Confidence approaching new businesses and generating your own leads.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised and results-driven attitude.
- The ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Valuable computer skills and the ability to maintain CRM records.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Experience in trade sales, construction, building products, security, blinds, awnings or roller shutters would be an advantage, but isn't essential. We value attitude, initiative and results over impressive job titles.
