/n About the role/n

/n Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.

Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time./n

/n As the frontline of our business, you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full./n

Duties/n

/n /n

- Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email

/n

- Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)

/n

- Building robust relationships with customers and suppliers

/n

- Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great

/n

- Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly

/n /n

Skills & Experience/n

/n /n

/n You don’t need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people/n

/n /n

/n /n

- Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role

/n

- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions

/n

- Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office

/n

- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented

/n

- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn

/n
