We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a complex business transformation environment, with a solid focus on process improvement, process mapping and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

n Lead end-to-end business process reviews, identifying inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.

n Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps, workflows and supporting documentation.
n

n Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, understand business challenges and define future-state processes.
n

n Undertake process analysis, gap assessments and impact assessments to support business transformation.
n

n Develop actionable recommendations to streamline operations, improve efficiencies and enhance service delivery.
n

n Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure process improvements align with organisational objectives.

About You

n

n

n Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst,



with a strong background in process improvement and business transformation.
n

n Advanced capability in process mapping, business process modelling and workflow optimisation.
n

n Strong experience developing As-Is and To-Be processes using tools such as Visio, BPMN or similar.
n

n Proven ability to facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders and challenge existing ways of working.
n

n Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
n

n Ability to work autonomously within complex environments and deliver practical business outcomes.
