Responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing personalised programmes for clients seeking to return to work.
n
- Conducting comprehensive assessments, including vocational assessments and initial needs assessments.
n
- Providing expert vocational counselling and intensive one-to-one support to empower clients in their job transitions.
n
- Identifying and addressing barriers to returning to work (RTW).
n




- Offering health and psychosocial coaching to equip clients with valuable life skills and emotional resilience.
n
- Collaborating effectively with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve positive outcomes for all.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Holds qualifications as a Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor (Mandatory)
n
- Min 2 years’ experience within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector
n
- Possesses a genuine passion for helping others and thrives in a client-centred approach.
n
- Comcare Accredited (Mandatory)
n
- Offers exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Demonstrates a robust work ethic, excellent time management, and a commitment to punctuality.
