Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of workers' compensation rehabilitation cases
- Completing initial assessments, workplace visits and return-to-work planning
- Working closely with employers, insurers and treating practitioners
- Coordinating case conferences and medical reviews
- Supporting injured workers through recovery and workplace reintegration
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for positive outcomes

You'll have access to experienced colleagues and leadership who are genuinely invested in helping you succeed.

We're particularly interested in speaking with Allied Health professionals who have up to 12 months of Occupational Rehabilitation experience and are looking for a business where they can grow.

You'll ideally have:

- Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Relevant AHPRA,



ESSA or ASORC registration/accreditation
- Some previous experience within Occupational Rehabilitation
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing your career
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
