AustCorp Executive is proud to be partnering with a well-established FMCG food production facility based in Millmerran, QLD.

Operating a modern egg grading and packing plant that runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year, our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional seeking long-term stability within an essential industry.

What's on Offer

- Salary package of $85,000 – $90,000 per annum + Super (dependent on skills & experience)
- Housing assistance of $7,500 – $15,000 per annum

- Call-out fees paid for work outside normal hours

- Salaried position with well-managed overtime

The Role

- 76 hours per fortnight
- 4 on, 2 off rotating roster
- Maintenance operating window 5am – 7pm
- Early team starts 5am, second team starts between 8am and 10am depending on production




- Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of the factory

What You'll Need

- Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter (preferred)
- Experience in an FMCG, food production, or manufacturing environment advantageous
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
- Ability to work within a rotating shift roster
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-focused approach

Candidates without formal trade qualifications but with strong hands-on maintenance experience will also be considered, with the package negotiated accordingly.
