About the Role
As a Property Consultant, you'll be the face of our business, assisting prospective renters and buyers while developing your knowledge across leasing, property marketing and residential real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
- Assist prospective tenants and buyers in finding the right property
- Respond to enquiries and follow up leads
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey
- Learn property marketing, campaign management and industry best practices
- Support the wider team with day-to-day property operations
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping people.

To be successful, you will have:





- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional presentation and customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles
- Availability to work weekends (with a weekday day in lieu)
