Position Description:

Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, you will deliver accurate and timely end-to-end accounts payable services while supporting internal stakeholders across the business. This role suits a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail who can work efficiently and collaboratively in a close-knit team.

Roster:

n

n
- Full-time roster of 5 days on / 2 days off (Monday to Friday) based at our Milton office
n
- Versatile working arrangements, including up to 2 days per week working from home
n

n
Responsibilities n
n

n
- Data Entry of Invoices in AUD & Foreign Currencies.
n
- Processing/uploading of payments to the bank.
n
- Preparation of Payments & Remittances.
n
- Documenting all Invoices & Payments.
n
- Monthly Reporting & Supplier Reconciliations.
n

Qualifications n
n

You are a self-motivated and collaborative accounts payable professional who brings:

n

n
- A relevant tertiary qualification or at least three years’ accounts payable experience.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Experience using computerised accounting systems; Pronto and Redmap experience is desirable but not essential.
n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n
- Experience processing foreign-currency transactions.
n




- Experience working in a large organisation will be highly regarded.
n
