Job Description

We are a growing family business specialising in the customisation of wall and floor tiles.

We have experienced a significant increase in demand for our service cutting tiles for small and major building projects and manufacturer of pool coping tiles using our Italian made machinery.

Position Overview: n

You will be assisting the team and working with the owner in the operation of the business.

n

No previous experience required, we are seeking an individual with who's genuinely keen to learn and doesn't mind a bit of physical work.

n

No travel involved, all work is performed in our factory in Burleigh Heads.

Required skills: n

You will be reliable, punctual and hard working and be willing to collaborate with other team members to ensure the work gets done.

The role will require you to: n

- Unpacking and packing tiles
n
- Follow plans to create tiles that meet client requirements.
n




- Cutting and polishing tiles to achieve specified sizes and desired finish.
n
- Utilise specialised machinery to manufacture custom pool coping tiles.
n
- Conduct quality checks to ensure tiles are free of defects and meet our high standards.
n
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
