About the Role n

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, Residential Aged Care's and community settings.
n You will manage a varied caseload across:

n

- Aged Care (Home Care Package clients)
n
- NDIS participants
n
- DVA clients
n
- Private clients
n

n

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, supporting mobility and functional independence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive client outcomes.

About You nn
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Passion for community-based care and improving client independence
n
- Strong communication and time management skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
n
- Current driver’s licence andyour own vehicle
n
- Full Working Rights in Australia
