About the role The position will initially commence as casual employment for 4 days per week with continuity potential of ongoing yearly extensions . Training will occur in a face-to-face classroom environment. You will deliver and assess units of competencies in vocational pathways and skills for work programs.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver and assess multiple units from FSK10119 Certificate I in Access to Vocational Pathways, FSK10219 Certificate I in Skills for Vocational Pathways, and FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways

- Additional deliver and assess possibilities, Barista, Business and or Retail units

- Deliver high quality, compliant and engaging sessions

- Ensure appropriate assessment systems are in place that allow each student to attain the relevant units of competency

- Work in a prison unique environment while maintaining training integrity and workplace safety protocols

- Engage all learner types and levels

- Work unsupervised with positive time management

About you

- Australian citizenship or permission to work in Australia

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40122 (or equivalent)





- TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skill Set

- Recent experience supporting LLN or TESLO students, disadvantaged learners

- Industry workplace experience in alignment with the delivered courses

- Demonstrated experience delivering accredited vocational training

- Ability to engage all learner types and levels

- Transparent communicator with experience working with people from disadvantaged backgrounds with mixed levels of education and learning

- Moderate computer literacy including MS Office suite

- Current Driving Licence

- Criminal History Clearance
