We're looking for a passionate, proactive and student-focused Trainer and Assessor / Clinical Facilitator to bring pathology collection training to life through engaging learning experiences and practical student support across Melbourne.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training in pathology collection
- Assess student competencies against training package and industry requirements
- Conduct on-site student facilitation visits and provide practical guidance




- Mark assessments, maintain student records and track learning progress
- Prepare and improve learning resources to support effective training
- Provide constructive feedback and motivate students to achieve their potential
- Maintain industry currency and comply with relevant RTO standards

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Relevant qualifications in Pathology Collection or a related discipline

✅ Current industry knowledge and practical experience in pathology collection procedures

✅ Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a current equivalent credential accepted under VET requirements

✅ Candidates working towards the required training and assessment credential may also be considered

✅ Strong communication, coaching and student engagement skills

✅ A positive, professional and proactive approach to adult learning
