With our expanding global footprint, Roborigger is looking for a training and customer support specialist to introduce Roborigger products to our customers and make sure that the implementation and operation is a outstanding experience for them. This is a key role as we focus on growing with our customers many of whom have a global footprint. The role has both a technical and relationship component and both are critical.

The position reports to the Managing Director in Perth and works closely with the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities The training role involves preparing and updating the training material that you and our other trainers worldwide will use. You will be responsible for training globally and this will involve training trainers as well as undertaking training in locations where we do not have local agents or trainers.

The customer support role involves regular follow up post training and being the first point of contact if there is no local agent involved.



There is an element of business development here as customers may have a need for additional products.

Qualifications The candidate must have rigging or crane operations experience and should have experience in a training or supervision role that demonstrates the skills needed to train riggers and dogmen. A rigging or crane operator qualification would be beneficial. A formal qualification as a trainer would be an advantage but is not essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in order to prepare training material and to deliver the training. The candidate must be comfortable communicating and developing a rapport with site personnel and their management.
