As a Transport Scheduler based in Canning Vale, Western Australia, you will play a crucial role in optimising transport operations within the rail industry. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule transport activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of services. This permanent, full time position is essential for maintaining the smooth functioning of our transport network, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain transport schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to confirm transport requirements.
- Monitor and adjust schedules in response to operational changes or disruptions.
- Analyse transport data to identify trends and areas for improvement.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on transport performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in training new staff on scheduling processes and systems.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree in logistics, transport management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a scheduling or logistics role, preferably within the transport or rail industry.
