No previous sales experience is required, as we provide full training, ongoing support, and guidance to help you succeed in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, messages and online platforms.
- Arrange vehicle inspections and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features,



pricing and available finance or warranty options.
- Follow up with potential customers and build positive relationships.
- Assist customers throughout the buying process, from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.

About You
- Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with people.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, motivated and able to work towards sales targets.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A current driver’s licence is preferred.
- No previous automotive or sales experience is required.

Training and Licensing

We will provide the necessary training and support to help you learn how the used car dealership operates, develop your sales techniques and understand the vehicle sales process. We will also guide you through the relevant licensing requirements in Western Australia.
