Celebrate Health Care is seeking an organised, reliable, and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our team on a 0.6 FTE casual basis (22.8 Hrs Per Week), working across our Scottsdale or Swansea locations.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong Excel skills, and takes pride in accurate and efficient financial administration.

About the Role n

Working as part of our administration and finance team, you will provide support across a range of financial and administrative functions, including:

n

- Accounts payable and invoice processing
n
- Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
n
- Reconciliations and checking financial information
n
- Assisting with month-end processes
n
- Processing and maintaining invoices and statements
n
- Assisting with financial reporting and spreadsheets
n
- Supporting payroll and general finance administration as required
n
- Liaising with suppliers, staff, and other stakeholders
n
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring financial information is handled appropriately
n
- Other administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our organisation
n

About You n

We are looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Experienced in finance or accounts administration
n
- Highly competent in Microsoft Excel
n
- Accurate and detail-oriented
n
- Well organised with excellent time-management skills
n
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
n
- Confident using computer systems and learning new software
n
- Able to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
n
- A clear and professional communicator
n
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality
n




- Ideally experienced in aged care, health care, or a similar environment
n
- A current Police Check (not more than 12 months old)
n
- COVID and current 2026 Flu vaccinations
n
