Job Description
People2People is seeking an experienced payroll and rewards professional to join a growing global FMCG business. You will own payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand, govern payroll processes, manage advantages, and drive improvements in payroll governance and employee experience.

In this temporary to permanent role, you will work closely with HR and internal systems teams, lead multiple payroll cycles (weekly/fortnightly/off-cycle) and optimise workforce reporting and insights.
