Our client, a leading manufacturer in the sheet metal fabrication industry, is seeking an experienced CNC Operator with turret punch and brake press experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with advanced machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform operations according to specifications
- Modify programs as required and perform tool changes
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Perform sample inspections and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Load materials and make machine adjustments as necessary
- Conduct routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool inspection
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
- Follow Quality Management System processes and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Assist with other workshop duties as required

Essential Requirements:





- Proven experience as a CNC Operator with turret punch and brake press
- Robust knowledge of metal shop equipment, tooling selection, and machining parameters
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

- Regularly lift up to 30kg
- Perform repetitive tasks and ability to perform detailed hands-on tasks accurately and efficiently
