We're partnering with an established Australian fashion business seeking a hands-on E-commerce Manager to take ownership of its online store, website merchandising and digital performance.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded professional who understands how to optimise a website, improve the customer experience and drive online sales.

The Role

- Manage website merchandising, product uploads, descriptions, imagery, tagging and collections.
- Maintain website navigation, product categories, promotions and seasonal launches.
- Drive online sales, conversion rates and average order value through effective website trading.
- Monitor website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage email marketing, automated campaigns and customer retention using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Work closely with marketing, warehouse and operations teams to support stock availability and a seamless customer experience.

About You





- Proven experience managing an e-commerce website, ideally within fashion or retail.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce or WooCommerce.
- Robust website merchandising, product tagging and catalogue management skills.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and e-commerce performance reporting.
- A commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving online performance.
