This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader, or a talented Assistant Manager ready to take that next step, to become an integral part of a growing local business.
The Opportunity Working closely with a passionate and hands-on business owner, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading a small team and creating an environment where both customers and employees love to be.
This is a business that values genuine relationships, beautiful product, exceptional customer service and a positive team culture.
You'll have the opportunity to bring your own ideas, take initiative and help shape the next chapter of the store.
What you'll be doing:

- Leading, motivating and developing a small retail team.
- Taking ownership of daily store operations and performance.
- Creating a welcoming, engaging customer experience.
- Driving sales through genuine customer relationships and strong product knowledge.
- Managing rostering, stock, merchandising and store presentation.
- Coaching your team, setting clear expectations and celebrating success.
- Working closely with the owner to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Building a positive, supportive and accountable team culture.





Who We're Looking For We're not necessarily looking for the person with the biggest title or the longest resume.
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares.
Someone who takes pride in their store, enjoys developing people and has the confidence to make decisions without needing someone looking over their shoulder.
Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous retail management or strong Assistant Manager experience.
- A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle or customer-focused retail.
- Strong people leadership and communication skills.
- Confidence managing daily operations, merchandising and stock.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- A natural ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A leadership style that's supportive, approachable and accountable.

Most importantly, you'll be reliable, positive and someone who leads by example.
