Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
- Drive revenue growth through effective leadership, local engagement, and operational initiatives.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Maintain compliance with all liquor, gaming, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Create a positive and engaging workplace culture focused on teamwork and service excellence.
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers,



and the local community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar senior hospitality leadership role.
- Strong financial management and business acumen.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on management style.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Current NT RSA and relevant Gaming Machine Manager licence (or the ability to obtain them).
