At Zoom Recruitment, we specialise in connecting great people with great opportunities. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our NSW operations team.

No recruitment experience? No problem! We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys working with people and is ready to get involved.

This is a casual position offering full-time hours, where you'll work alongside our Account Managers, supporting recruitment across a range of industrial and logistics clients. You'll be involved in everything from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to onboarding and getting them ready for work.

The Role

No two days are quite the same! As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play an important part in helping our team find the right people for the right jobs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing candidates through job boards, advertisements and our existing database
- Screening applications and conducting candidate interviews
- Completing reference checks and verifying candidate documentation
- Conducting pre-employment assessments, including functional capacity, manual handling and drug and alcohol testing
- Coordinating candidate onboarding and compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in our recruitment systems
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Providing recruitment and administrative support to our Account Managers

About You
