A leading and highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Control Manager to join its finance leadership team.

This is a broad leadership role responsible for financial reporting, financial control, statutory compliance and team management within a complex corporate environment. The position offers significant exposure across the finance function and the prospect to contribute to ongoing improvements in governance, reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities n

- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
n
- Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and annual reporting requirements.
n
- Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet and broader financial control framework.
n
- Maintain strong governance, compliance and internal control processes.
n
- Manage external audit relationships and coordinate audit deliverables.
n




- Support regulatory reporting requirements and finance transformation initiatives.
n
- Lead, mentor and develop a small team of finance professionals.
n
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, controls and systems.
n

What you'll bring nn
- CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting capabilities.
n
- Financial control or financial reporting experience within a large, complex organisation.
n
- Proven experience managing month-end, year-end and annual reporting processes.
n
- Previous leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor a team.
n
- Exposure to highly regulated industries, with financial services experience viewed favourably.
