Job Description
Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is recruiting a Community Care Intake Advisor to support timely responses to referrals for NHW community clinics and services. The role is part-time, 6 months fixed term, 48 hours per fortnight, and requires robust organisation and communication with clinical teams.
