Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Support Worker to provide assistance and support to families in need.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, or a related field, and will be able to work effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.

- Responsibilities: Provide emotional support and guidance to families in need
n
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of families and develop individualized plans to address those needs
n
- Connect families with community resources and services, such as housing assistance, job training, and healthcare
n
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between family members and other service providers
n




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with families
n
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for families
n
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
n
- Experience working with families in crisis or in need of support
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Knowledge of community resources and services
n
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
