About the Role n
n

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Fortster team.
n In this role, you’ll be the face of our showroom—helping customers design their dream bathrooms and kitchens, providing product advice, preparing quotes, and processing orders.

n

You’ll work alongside a supportive and experienced team , using our Point of Sale software system , with full training and guidance provided by our Regional Showroom Manager .

n

Your day-to-day will include:

n

Welcoming customers and providing expert product recommendations.

n
- n

Preparing quotes and following up on orders and customer inquiries.

n
- n

Ensuring the showroom is beautifully presented and displays are up to date.

n
- n

Liaising with suppliers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

n
- n

Assisting with stock management and maintaining accurate product information.

n

n

This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday, between 8am–5pm) , with every second Saturday (between 8am–12pm)



paid at overtime rates .
