Hamper Co is a growing Australian gifting brand and social enterprise based in Sydney's St George area, in the early stages of developing a range of premium handmade chocolates, fudge and artisan confectionery. We're looking for a passionate and creative Chocolatier, Fudge Maker or Confectionery Specialist to help bring this exciting new venture to life. This is a flexible opportunity, initially requiring just a few hours per week, with the potential for more hours as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

Make handmade chocolates, fudge or other artisan confectionery

n

Experiment with flavours, recipes and new product ideas

n

Help develop products suitable for premium gifting

n

Maintain food safety standards and consistent product quality

n

Work alongside people with intellectual disabilities and share your skills

n

About you

n

Experienced in making handmade chocolates,



fudge or other artisan confectionery

n

Creative person who enjoys experimenting with flavours, recipes and current product ideas

n

Understanding of food safety and consistent product quality

n

Willing to share skills and work alongside people with intellectual disabilities
