As a Commis Chef, you'll be responsible for collaborating with senior chefs to create dishes that make a lasting impression. What you will do? nn
- Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
n
- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
n
- Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
n
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
n
- Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
n

More about you nn
- Previous Commis Chef experience
n




- Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
n
- Solid background in kitchen operations
n
- A passion for food and creative flair
n
- Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
n
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including early morning shifts
n
