- Permanent full time position

- Base salary + eligible for incentives plan

Leading a team at our Maitland branch you will need to be passionate about customer sales and service, focus on leading a team that provides value, contribute to the branch success and make a difference!

n

n
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
n
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the whole site
n
- Oversight of complete cost control for the transport side of the Maitland Branch
n
- Load and unload activities
n
- Create the best solution / outcome for our customers.
n

What you'll bring to the role nn
- Sales and operational management experience
n




- Previous team leadership experience, developing a ‘One Team', cohesive mindset
n
- A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
n
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
n
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
n
