Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their orders

- Prepare and serve food and beverages
n
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner
n
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
n
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
n
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
n




- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
n
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
n
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
n

Qualifications:

- RSA Certificate
n
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
n
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
n
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
