You understand that the right fare rule can matter more than the cheapest fare. You know that VIP travel isn’t about providing endless options — it’s about delivering the right recommendation, anticipating needs and making complex journeys feel effortless.

As part of our VIP team, you’ll:

- Manage a portfolio of executive and VIP travellers, building trusted relationships and understanding their preferences so well you can anticipate their needs.
- Create and manage complex international itineraries including multi-sector travel, multiple airlines, complex fare constructions and high-value bookings.
- Provide expert recommendations that balance cost, flexibility and traveller experience — not just the lowest fare.
- Manage disruptions,



schedule changes and urgent travel requests with confidence, calmness and care.
- Work closely with airline partners, suppliers and internal teams to achieve the best outcomes for our travellers.

What you’ll bring

- Significant experience as a senior corporate or VIP travel consultant.
- Solid international airfare, ticketing and fare-rule knowledge.
- Advanced GDS capability (Galileo experience highly regarded).
- Experience supporting senior executives and high-profile travellers.
- Strong judgement, ownership and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with travellers, clients and suppliers.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing urgent requests.

Highly regarded:

- Experience with online booking tools.
- Knowledge of corporate travel policies and managed travel environments.
